COVE SCRAPER

This tool is used for final cleanup of coved backsplashes. Use it just before final sanding. With a little practice you will find that the final sanding can almost be done by hand. This tool is used by pushing the sharpened edge along the cove. Fine shavings can be taken, or push a little harder for a more aggressive cut.

This tool is easily sharpened on the end, and it will never loose its radius. Instructions for use and sharpening included. For 3/8 radius coves. Call for other sizes.

Your field crews will no longer be tempted to sneak away with the shop sets. They will not only complete their installations faster, they'll also look a lot more professional with these tools added to their arsenal. For more information on the PARALLIGN seam clamp see our PARALLIGN page.

STRAIGHT EDGES

Our straight edges are a little bit different than what you are used to seeing. They all have a built in vacuum system that's powered by compressed air, and they hold tight to solid surface products. The vacuum zones are adjustable for use on different size counter tops. Plug it in, put in place, open the valve and it sticks where you put it. No clamps required.

Stick it in the middle of a conference table if you like. Put several together to make odd sized cutouts. Perfect for cleaning up stacked edges, and deck seams up to 60" long.

We make them in 36", 48", and 60" lengths, and keep these sizes ready to ship. We can also make them up to 144" long on a custom order. The longer lengths are great for cleaning up long stacked edges, but we do not recommend the long sizes for long seams.

These phenolic edges can be re-cut or filled if you nick them with a router. You can easily replace only the blade if you destroy it , transferring the vacuum system to a new blade. Look further for inside & outside corner templates, and other vacuum grip templates.

VACUUM SINK BOWL CLAMP SYSTEM

If you have hesitated to try vacuum clamping of sink bowls because of the price and complexity of other systems, your wait is over. Our sink vacuum system is about the same size as the drain of a kitchen sink, and the price is not a whole lot more than that of a good basket&strainer. We power it with a venturi that we designed specifically for this job. All you need is an air regulator with filter. The kit includes a stopper for double bowl sinks, complete instructions, and several plugs for sinks with drain tubes.

Use your normal method to locate the sink, clean and apply the adhesive, and push the sink down. Plug our sinkvac into your compressed air line, plop it into the drain hole with a little push and your done with the sink installation. Flip the top over and rout out the opening after the adhesive cures, do not cut the opening first.

This system excels at clamping average size single bowl sinks, and small double bowls. I have not tested it with very large single bowls yet, or large double bowls. Please read the included instructions to proceed with these sinks. Please let me know your results with this product, as I only know from my own use.
