MONUMENT TOOLWORKS guarantees your complete satisfaction! If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price -there is no restocking charge!

Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used more than once or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing.

1. Call us first to get a Return Authorization Number. MONUMENT TOOLWORKS will not accept merchandise without an authorization number.
2. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
3. The return must be made within thirty days of receipt of your order.
4. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
5. Please indicate if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
6. Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to: MONUMENT TOOLWORKS, 28 Mill Street, Assonet, MA 02702

We will arrange shipment of a product exchange, or issue a refund as you have requested within five business days of receipt of your return at our address.
